PLACING AN ORDER
If you are interested in purchasing an item from Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) contact us directly by emailing email@example.com . Tell us which print/s and which size/s you would like to purchase and let us know your full postal delivery address and we will then email you with postal and payment charges and payment instructions.
FINE ART PRINTS
All the images of our artworks shown on our website and on social media and in emails are for illustrative purposes only.
Colour accuracy: Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the Artwork. Therefore, your Fine Art Print (Artwork) may vary slightly from those images. Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any original works of art, digital works or printed works displayed on the website, social media, and email, and disclaims all liability in this regard.
Sizes: All prints are hand trimmed and there may therefore be a slight variation in size from the measurement stated on the website. Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) is not responsible for any variation in print size stated on the website, social media, and email, and disclaims all liability in this regard.
You have a legal right to cancel or change your order within fourteen (14) days of placing your order. The date of you payment to us marks the placing of the order.
This means that during the fourteen (14) day period, if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive the Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) product/s that you ordered, you can notify us by email of your decision to cancel or change the order.
If the order is to be changed for an item of lower value a refund will be made for the difference of the retail value minus any additional fees or charges such as postal, packing, courier and money transfer costs. If the order is cancelled within the 14 days and you have paid the full purchase price, you are entitled to a full refund.

Our limited edition prints are made specifically for you. We do not hold any prints in stock. We aim to dispatch your prints (rolled securely in a robust cardboard tube suitable for International travel) to you within 28 days of you placing your order. We estimate you will receive your order approximately 7-10 working days after dispatch although this cannot be guaranteed as occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by circumstances and events beyond our control.
Delivery of an order is considered to be completed once our courier delivers the print/s to the address you supplied us with when you placed your order. We use trackable and signed for postal and courier services and your prints are insured whilst in transit. After the delivery has been completed and the prints package has been signed for, the prints are entirely your responsibility.
If the delivery address is outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the artworks are destined. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the artwork can lawfully be imported (for example, the laws of some countries may restrict the types of artwork that can be lawfully imported). We will not be liable or responsible if you break any laws or regulations.
PRICE OF ITEMS
The prices for our fine art prints will be as quoted on the Veronique Maria website at the time you submit your order and as confirmed via email with your order. All reasonable care is taken to ensure that the prices of artworks are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system and there has been no substantive change.
The price of an artwork shown on the website (or in other published marketing material) does not include delivery charges or money transfer fees such as bank fees and PayPal charges. Our delivery charges will be advised to you before your order is confirmed as accepted. International banking fees and charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For PayPal payments there is a 5% additional charge.
We, Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) are committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction for our customers. Once you have received your product we will give you fourteen (14) days to decide whether or not you would like to keep that artwork or return it for an exchange or a refund. You may return any eligible product, provided that it is returned to Veronique Maria (UK) in its original condition and packaging within the timescales stated below. (see RETURN PROCESS)
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We examine all returns requests on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying those costs (including, but not limited to, carriage and customs duties) to deliver the artwork back to Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints). Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the customer is returning it as a result of buyer’s remorse, then the buyer is held responsible for all the return costs.
If we conclude that the product is faulty, or has been damaged during delivery to the customer as a result of poor packaging, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged packaging must be noted and acknowledged both verbally and in writing to the courier at the time you sign for the package.
From the time you receive your prints from our couriers, you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. Such a return is to be made in writing and agreed with Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) before any return shipment is made. Agreement made via email is acceptable.
We also require that any and all such agreed products should be shipped by the buyer using a trackable courier service, and insuring the product for it’s retail value, within three (3) days after written confirmation that the work will be returned.
Therefore, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Fourteen (14) days to contact us about your intent to return the product(s).
- Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship the artwork using a trackable courier service and insuring the product for it’s retail value.
- It is important to note that you should NOT ship the product(s) before contacting us.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 14 days of your receipt of the print/s or you do not ship the artwork within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN UNDAMAGED ITEM
- Step 1 – Within fourteen (14) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email email@example.com to give us your order details and the reason for wanting to return the work.
- Step 2 – Carefully repackage the prints(s) using the original packaging materials used by Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints). If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing suitable packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) so that it arrives in it’s original condition.
- Step 3 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that you have dispatched the returned items by insured and trackable carriage to the full retail value of the item(s) and provide the tracking number(s) of the parcel(s).
Once the package safely reaches email@example.com, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees and/or exchange rates, if any) within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return.
Please note that additional customs duties may apply for international returns. If this is the case these fees will be deducted from the final refund payment.
WHAT TO DO IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
- Step 1 – Point out the damaged packaging to the courier and ensure the damage is recored in writing by the courier at the time of delivery.
- Step 2 – Notify us within fourteen (14) days of your merchandise delivery date. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information.
- Step 3 – Save the original packaging.
- Step 4 – Take photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork. Please email these photos to email@example.com .
- Step 5 – Our support representative will contact you to discuss the next steps.
VARIATION (of these terms and conditions)
We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to any purchases that you may make with Veronique Maria (Fine Art Prints) and supersede all previous agreements.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to the contents of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
